One Peoples Kitchen
One People’s Kitchen will be at S+P bringing tasting size samples of their crafted meal kits from Certified Executive Chef John W. Sturdivant, Jr.
Sampling will include:
  1. Rushing River Free Range Chicken:  Campfire free range chicken breast with New Mexico Wild Safe Rub, deep sauteed Sage, and Smoked Butternut Squash Salsa, Native Land Blend of Wild Rice, Quinoa and Four Points Herbs, and Far to Table Carnival Cauliflower and Vegetable Medley
  2. Taos Five Spice Beef:  Organic, coffee-rubbed beef shoulder tenders, Fire Roasted Red Bell Pepper and Hatch Chile Piccadilly, and Potato Hash
  3. Kung Fu Steelhead Trout: Wild Caught Colorado Steelhead Trout, Kung Fu Oriental Shellac with Lemon Grass and Ginger, and Stone Ground Atole Dusted Eggplant
