Katie’s Kraving Review:
Holy shit that nose! Spicy, saucy, juicy. It just don’t stop. Hot damn. Get this: after the first sip I started hand writing my notes (no hating on the pen and paper process peeps!) and minutes later I could still taste all the things! That’s how long this baby can last. It’s like your favorite lover, he don’t stop, you always want more – and man if he ain’t ready to oblige – always.
Leave this baby alone for a few hours and it will only continue to open and tease – your taste buds (come on y’all, this is a PG review).
This Grenache takes your mouth on an epic flavor road trip … sage from the window box of a Parisian apartment, green tea with locals in Japan, fresh picked wild thyme from a local forager in Greece, grated nutmeg at grandma’s in Maine, and huckleberries from Washington State. Toss in a plum-picking excursion in the Middle East and black cherries from Nova Scotia and you just circled the world in 60 seconds!

My “technical” note the first time I ever tasted this juice was “Holy Fuck! I’m in damn love!” (I know, I know, I have a type. If Grenache was a man, maybe I’d actually say yes to a date #naw).
By now, I hope you trust me when I say, “trust me” because, trust me, you def do not want to miss this baby.
Made by the legendary, cool, hip, fun, badass, and 1st independent female winemaker in Santa Barbara County, I shouldn’t be surprised by how damn awesome it is. Yet, every sip still #blowsmymind
Cheers friends! And don’t forget to #SipAwhile
Shoe:
I am picturing the Joie Monte Western Mid-Hell Bootie with pressed white shorts and a popped collar. That is oddly specific but also 100% accurate. You’re not still doubting me are you?
Personality:
She is a fiercely independent woman kicking ass in a man’s world where she’s making a name for herself and makes no apologies for her amazingness. Classy, put together, self-confident, beautiful, but humble and always looking for ways to blaze trails for women and pull them up with her.
