Howdy Steinerians and Four Pointers! Thank you for welcoming us so warmly into your community the last few months – we are honored.
As many of you have discovered, we are wine, beer, and food-loving people with diverse backgrounds. We love what we do and are excited to share it with you!
Our goal, beyond finding something delicious for you to enjoy, is to take you on a journey around the world through drink and food. You’ll notice funny sounding grapes and super random regions. It is all part of the trying experience.
Think you hate Riesling? Try ours. Only like Napa Cab? Let us wow you with something from Spain – or Australia.

A native of Southern California and self-professed wine-addict, Katie was bummed to not have a wine bar and store near her home when she moved to Austin. She wanted a place where she could read a book, work from home, or meet up with friends. When she couldn’t find one, she decided to create it and Sloan + Parker was born.
While having amazing products and atmosphere is essential, it is the people who bring it all together. Katie was lucky enough to find some amazing women who are excited to charm S+P’s guests with their passion, knowledge, and personalities.
Sam grew up in the hospitality industry with a chef mother. A licensed caterer and amazing chef in her own right, wine is her real passion. She is excited to share this passion with S+P’s guests.
With a long career in the service industry, Amber is an essential part of the Sloan + Parker team. She loves charming guests and providing them with a genuine experience that makes them happy. Creating a fun and comfortable space to try new wines is one of her many superpowers.
