Join us for a fun meal with owner/winemaker Clair Weinkauf of Picayune Cellars. Based in Calistoga and making wines based on the negociant business moel, Picayune consistently creates “quality wines delivered at an exciting price point.”
The evening will feature four (4) wines from Picayune and bubbles from Cantina della Volta – an Italian winery based on Modena and focused on producing high-quality bubbles, especially lambrusco.
The wines from Picayune will be paired with dishes designed to enhance the flavors of each wine.
